Finally I had to forget Net Snippet ( and lost the money I paid for it )
Now we  use Scrapbook the great free and speedy  Firebox extension, which helps you to save Web pages and easily manage collections. Key features are lightness, speed, accuracy and multi-language support. Major features are:

Net Snippet could be the best tools of it kind … if not driving you mad for loosing your time every time you save a page. The programming naively obliges reloading everything already into cache.  
Not text or HTML saving option. 
I have purchased the high priced standard version before a free version being available …  The frustration produced the obvious design inadequacy is too bad…  If you have not a high speed connection …  .

Obliging Web page synchronization is among the effects of cultural dominance of forced greediness of consummation .. spoiling everything.
Open minded programmers should  workout an Internet research tool with a  way for tracking and managing document already in browser cache.  (Meantime you can use  manually the “offline” command before saving) .

Avoiding trillions … non sense pages transfer ... wasting the limited available Internet bandwidth  capacity only available on 90 %  of  the planet’s poor countries.  

Initially automatic saving synchronization were enforced by MSN for imperial stock  exchange priority and actually used for spying user’s commercial and political activities.
